(Re)Certification
Certified to perform – Every time
At Hytech-Pommec, safety and performance go hand in hand. That’s why every product that undergoes maintenance or recurring service receives a tailored certificate. Whether it’s a Life Support Unit, hyperbaric equipment, or a breathing air panel – you can be confident that your system has been tested, verified, and documented to the highest standards.
Based on cross list inspectations
Our (re)certification process follows a detailed cross list tailored to each product type. This ensures that no critical component is overlooked. For example, when servicing a Life Support Unit. We recertify the panel, the hoses, airtech block (ATB), distribution block, the mask, escape bailout set, the mask connection and we carry out the following steps:
Steps to take:
- Calibration of life support gauges
- Functional testing of indication gauges and life support gauges at various stages
- Verification of oxygen level alarms (O2 LEL CO H2S) – ensuring they respond correctly to both high and low alarm settings
- Inspection and verification of valves, connectors
- Complete function test of the unit after maintenance
- Etc
This structured approach results in certificates that proves your system complies with the safety and operational standards it was designed for.
